For programs and activities that support people with disability to: Have the skills and confidence to participate in and contribute to the community and protect their rights; Feel motivated, confident and empowered to act; Participate in and benefit from the same community activities as everyone else. Funds two activity types: Individual Capacity Building (ICB) (focus on increasing the knowledge, skills and confidence of people with disability); Organisational Capacity Building (OCB) (funding to DPO/FOs to build their skills in running an organisation).
