Support for early career or emerging artists with an opportunity to further their professional development overseas. Applications should concern well-researched overseas travel projects that demonstrate thorough planning, careful budgeting, and the scope to gain maximum benefit from international experience.

Individuals who are practising artists. Support is primarily for structured professional development such as postgraduate study, mentoring, private lessons, residencies or study tours.

Projects for which the sole purpose is an exhibition, performance or the making of a recording; undergraduate degree courses overseas; postgraduate study being undertaken through an Australian institution; applications which were previously declined by the Trust.
